Open your saber
Unscrew the pommel at the bottom of the hilt and slide the core out. That is the strip with all the electronics on it.
No tools. It unscrews by hand.

Slide out the microSD
It sits in a slot in the middle of the core, and it is the only card in there. Just slide it straight out with your fingertip.
No pressing, no tools. It slides right out.

Reader, then USB port
Use the little card reader that came in your saber box. The microSD slides into the small slot on the end of it, then the reader goes into your computer.

Press install
Open the link from your email in Chrome or Edge and press install. The fonts write themselves onto the card in the right slots. Card back in the core, core back in the hilt, done.

How does the 2-month starter work?
You pay $15 once and get 10 soundfonts: five straight away and five more a month later. After those two months your subscription continues at $9 a month for five new fonts, until you cancel.
Are the fonts made with AI?
No. Every font is made by a real person, our own font maker, who shapes each hum, swing, clash and ignition. No AI is used anywhere in the process.
Will these work with my saber?
Our fonts are built for the boards listed above. If you are not sure which board is inside your saber, message us before you subscribe and we will identify it for you. It takes a minute and saves everyone a refund request.
I am not technical. Is installing them actually hard?
No. Unscrew the pommel, slide the core out, slide the microSD out of its slot, put it in the card reader that came in your box, plug that into your computer, and press install. That is the whole job, the four steps above show each one.
You are never copying files by hand or renaming anything. If it does not go smoothly, message us and we will walk you through it.
I have lost the card reader that came with my saber.
Any microSD card reader or adapter works, they are a few dollars anywhere, and many laptops have a card slot built in. Message us if you are stuck and we will sort you out.
When exactly do the fonts arrive?
Within minutes of each charge, on the same date every month. On the 2-month starter, your first five arrive right away and the next five a month later. They are digital files delivered by email, so there is nothing to ship and nothing to track.
Which five fonts do I get?
Each month our own font maker curates and makes the set of five. You do not need to choose anything: the drop lands in your inbox, ready to install.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account at any time and you will not be charged again. Payments already made are not refundable, because the fonts are delivered to you instantly.
Can I do this from my phone?
Not the install itself. The installer needs a desktop computer running Chrome or Edge, because that is what lets it write directly to your saber's SD card. You can read the email anywhere, but do the install at a computer.
What if I already own some of your fonts?
Subscription drops are new fonts from our font maker. If a month ever includes something you already own, message us and we will swap it for another font of your choice.

No. The fonts are digital and delivered instantly, so payments are non-refundable and there is no money-back guarantee. You can cancel at any time to stop every future charge.
